Having over 20 years of experience in the legal field, Puan Najah Ariffin has an advantage of a wide coverage and experience in civil litigation, conveyancing, and corporate drafting.

We also ensure that clients are given the best and updated legal advice in law and procedure to ensure full protection of client’s interests. The firm was established not only to provide the best legal services but also designed to protect the unfortunate and the needy by using the law as a tool of justice.

Paying close attention to clients’ instructions and being perceptive to clients’ needs, Puan Najah established the firm with the main objective of having hands-on communication with the client, understanding that speed, accuracy constant follow-up with client are the basic tools to achieve the best results .

Career.

Puan Najah received her primary education in Convent Bukit Nanas, Kuala Lumpur and thereafter completed her Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia in Sek. Men. Seri Aman , Petaling Jaya with Grade 1.

She obtained her LL.B (Hons) Degree in 1993 from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Bangi Selangor and proceeded to chamber in Messrs Kamaruddin & Partners, Kuala Lumpur the same year exposing herself to conveyancing including subsales, housing development projects and banking while the other half of the chambering period exposed her to banking and general litgation matters.

After being called to the Malaysian Bar in 20.8.1993, she worked in Credit Corporation (M) Berhad (now known as Hong Leong Bank Berhad ) to strengthen her knowledge in the banking industry .

Throughout her career as a lawyer, Puan Najah has worked with Messrs Khushairi & Co in Petaling Jaya , Selangor and joined a partner in Messrs Tan Kim Soon & Co , Damansara , Selangor and also in Messrs Najah Raw Jega & Co, Setapak , Kuala Lumpur

She has worked in Messrs Majed and Chen, Subang Jaya, Selangor in the Conveyancing Department responsible for banking conveyancing, housing development projects and sub-sale agreements.

She has also gained numerable and valuable experience in civil litigation and selected criminal matters when she was a partner in Messrs Sukanthan Mizuraini and in Messrs Sumathi Shanmugan & Co dealing with highly contested matters involving inter alia debt recovery, breach of contract and divorce as well as execution matters such as bankruptcy, winding up and committal proceedings .

Since 15th March , 2007, when Messrs Najah Ariffin & Co was established , Puan Najah has single handedly run her own firm which has survived and flourished for the past 8 years .

Puan Najah has 2 clerks who are well versed in computer and internet and in legal procedures.

For the field work, we have one registration clerk cum dispatch and process server who is reliable, punctual and alert at all times and has vast experience in handling land office registration matters, court filing JPN and bankruptcy searches, stamping and familiar with LHDN procedures for conveyancing.
